Delicious Breakfast Recipe With Oats

Figs is a source of magnesium, calcium and fibre. They make a great addition to your bowl from oats with a little greek yoghurt and honey. All that fibre can help you to feel full, also as giving you a sweet treat.


  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • ΒΌ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 fresh fig, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon honey


Slice up a fresh fig to spread over the top with a dollop of yoghurt and drizzle some honey over the top. Yum!
