Best Exercises For Flabby Arms
EXERCISE NUMBER 1
Lie face down on your stomach, leaning on the palms of your hands with your elbows bent, then lift your legs and cross them. Now lift your torso, keeping it supported only by your knees and palms, always with your legs still crossed. Remember to breathe well: inhale when you get up and exhale when you get down.
EXERCISE NUMBER 2
This exercise is simple but very effective: jump without moving from the spot, opening your legs and bringing your arms over your head while you are in the air, and then return to the starting position with another jump (legs together and arms attached to the body).
EXERCISE NUMBER 3
Take a dumbbell in your right hand (1 kg will be enough to start with) and bend your arm to bring it to your shoulder. Then, lift it above your head by stretching your arm out completely. Repeat with the other arm.

Start as in the previous exercise but, once you have the dumbbells attached to your shoulder, what you will have to do is lower them again little by little until your arm forms a right angle (forearm stretched forward). The best way to do this is to alternate between the two arms.
