Nothing like a fresh, creamy and light dessert for these hot days, like this banana ice cream, also very easy to prepare.
This homemade recipe for fast banana ice cream, with fresh and natural ingredients, and a vegan option that we loved.
All you need is the following:
1 freezer bag
Optional: chopped nuts, chocolate, strawberry or raspberry coulis
1– Peel the bananas and cut them into medium-sized pieces. Put them in a freezer bag and then freeze them overnight ( or about 6 hours).
2– Remove banana pieces from the freezer and let them thaw for about 5 minutes. Next, place them into a blender and puree them, pureeing for 1 minute at the highest level. Finally, you should have a creamy ice cream.
3– Your banana ice cream is ready. However, you can add some other elements to give it more flavor, such as: chopped nuts, red fruit coulis, peanut butter. You can also blend the banana with some very cold Greek yogurt if you are looking for a creamier consistency.
