Dalgona coffee is cold drink from South Korea. It is made up of milk and coffee foam. In addition, orange zest is added to the foam and caramel ice is inserted to the milk.

You will need:
¹⁄₃ cup of water
2 teaspoons of caramel syrup
3 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons instant coffee
1 teaspoon Orange zest
1 cup milk
1. Mix ¹⁄₃ cup of water and caramel syrup.
2 ․ Pour the mixture into an ice mold and refrigerate for several hours.
3 ․ When the ice is ready, combine in a bowl 3 tablespoons of water, sugar and coffee.
4. Beat with a mixer at high speed until the mass becomes light brown and lush.
5. Add finely grated zest of orange.
6 ․ Put caramel ice in glasses. Fill them with milk about ¾.
7 ․ Put a cup of coffee on top with a spoon.
