Spinach for weight loss recipe

It is not necessary to be an expert in cooking or one of the famous chefs of the world, because spinach and mango shake is very easy to be prepared  at home ,so don’t worry about that.

You will need:

  • 1 Ripe mango.
  • 2 Cups of spinach (60g).
  • 3 Slices of pineapple.
  • 2 Ripe bananas.
  • ½ Avocado.
  • ½ Cup of coconut water (125 ml).

It is quite easy to do it:

1-Cut the ripe mango, bananas and pineapple into small slices.

2- Wash well the spinach and chop it.

3-Put all the ingredients in the blender.

4- Take off the pulp from the avocado.

5-Add the coconut water and the avocado to the blender.

6- Blend them well until it becomes one texture.

When it is better to drink it:

It is recommended to drink this smoothie at breakfast, three times a week in minimum to get an ideal result.
